I have X41's I think and the only real problems I have with them is the popping and cracking I get when my wife is streaming music or video to her Kindle. Also the rechargable batteries will only go out at the most inopportune times :lolOtherwise I'm happy with them.I can control chat volume, there are no wires to my xbox and they are pretty comfortable even to someone with a huge melon :lol

I have the x42's and I know a lot of other guys do too. I have absolutely NO problems with these at all. Though only thing that I wish I had done is got the one step higher which is the xp400's I think which have the Bluetooth puck that plugs into the controller which makes them completely wireless. The only cord the x42's have is from the controller to the headset. Which isn't terrible. Just gets annoying at times.

Lol about time the sites got something like that put together. We've had how many posts about it? And we always have the same answers. Will make things a lot easier to just refer to it.

Yeah...

I'm thinking of going with TB's, linking to individual ones and then linking a few of the threads here with everyone's opinions.

Only reason I'm going with TB's is cause I know that's what most if not all of us use.

How long do the batteries tend to last in the 42's

I have the X41's playing it loud with the bass boosters turned on and use the Sanyo eneloop rechargeables swapping them out every week.
