So WG is rebalancing many tanks. They have already put into motion the removal of the Foch at Tier X and making it a special tank. They are also talking about the FV 215B next with others to follow. While re balancing may be needed, I'm curious if there is an ulterior motive.
Much of the current direction of development seems to be aimed at Tier X gameplay.Removal of Tier 6 and 8 CW.Tier X SH advances.Tier X 30 v 30.Rebalancing of Tier X tanks. Do you think they are doing some of the re assigning to special tank status to cause more people to push towards Tier X in advance of the rebalancing in order get those special tanks while they are still available?
If so, what's the drive?More money made for them at Tier X?An eventual extension to Tier XI or XII (getting more people up there before the addition)?More Tier X play offsets the atrocity of MM at Tier VIII right now? Or is it just legitimate rebalancing?I don't see the reason for keeping the special tanks in game, other than to dangle a carrot to drive people to power grind to them.I feel there is a reason to dangle that carrot. These choices seem to be pushing many people to grind lines they weren't active in, or not trying to grind at all.
