Love TW! Have most of them... I suggest Medieval 2 ($5 is worth every penny)... my personal Fav. You can get all kinds of cool mods for Med2, including Skyrim, Game of Thrones and Middle Earth.

SGrant7 : (14 July 2017 - 08:25 AM)

Ohhhh... Middle Earth would be pretty awesome!

Vikinger : (14 July 2017 - 08:37 AM)

Although not related to a book or movie, the Stainless Steel mod is pretty EPIC too.

Omega is subbed. Alpha is F2P.

Mostly you are allowed max training start time 24hrs and training speed is half Omega.

You are limited to your starting faction's ships and certain skill types.

For example, Caldari have missile skills and shield rep, while Gallente get the drones and armor repair.

I just reinstalled Eve after a couple year hiatus.  interested to see what has changed.  I do find with the alpha clone I can't get into most of my existing ships... need to figure good T1 fits again.

In the past I had a good industrial operation going that mostly paid for the account.  i'm not sure if that's still viable or if I want to put that much effort into it again.

I'd love to hook up with other Dad's.  We had a corp of our own in the day and it looks like it's just me and Talisker now.

That's the thing.. it's a lot of effort. Is the payoff worth it? Before, it was either you put in the time to work PLEX etc or stop playing. Now, it's just a matter of degrees. Problem is, the payoff in entertainment and enjoyment is not = time put in.

The PvP was awesome.  I was able to work industry enough to pay for 2 accounts for quite awhile and still have funds to do whatever.  I'm pretty sure I don't want to just do industry... but finding a good group to do PvP with would be great.  I dabbled in WH space, not sure I would want to live there.  I've explored null but never lived there.  that might be interesting.

I've been back to playing Eve for several months now. Mining in a Rorqual, Carrier ratting, building tech 2 internetspaceships. I help to run http://www.discoverings.net/. Decided after playing solo and black ops hot drops exclusively since 2008 to join up with the largest alliance in the game, Goonswarm.

Website speaks for itself if you are interested in joining up.
