I don't know why, but seeing big, heavy tanks makes me giggle and want to play them.Must be the same reason I am starting to enjoy playing Arty.Tears of the whiners are delicious.

Is there any chance at all that the crew members for the Japanese Tiger are the same as for the high tier mediums?

According to tanks.gg there is a 5 man crew; Commander, Gunner, Driver, Radioman, and Loader.

So the Tiger has a bonus Radioman. :taunt

What are you planning here, Maida? There is already a Japanese med premium.

Right, but if you wanted to go up both lines and only had the STA-2 you'd need both premiums to start a noob crew in.If you have only the Tiger at least you can start a heavy crew, get a skill and put the crew into the heavy line, then start a new crew, grind a skill, and move them into the med line. Two crews from one premium.Follow?I'm not buying either - just thinking.I already have that tier V Chi-Nu-Kai or whatever, so my med crew will come from there.

Wow, I totally forgot about the Chi-Nu Kai and I have one as well.

Okay, so just getting extra crews ready. I did that with a German TD crew since I have the E25 and DMax. They became my Tiger I crew and had over 2 skills when I was ready for my first Tiger battle. :2thumbs

I thought maybe you were advocating putting a medium crew in a premium heavy...would that even do any good or would it be counterproductive?

You get a penalty in performance for mismatched class AND there is crew xp penalty, which more than negates any premium bonus.
