Iron Fist Season 2 - Netflix

Wrapped up season 2 the other night. I will say it was an improvement from season 1. Not earth shattering, but better. The season felt like more of a season 1 reboot/redo. Looking back Season 1 was more like an intro or preview and Season 2 was more of what S1 should have been. It does set up thing for a much better season 3. Ward's development was fun, Joy was as annoying as Thea in Arrow at times, Colleen was awesome, Misty great, and Danny was Danny, but a bit better. At least, for me, they are righting the ship in regard to his character. The realization by Danny that he wasn't ready could really help to stretch the show a few more seasons than planned. So this could bode well going forward.

    Bright

A great film. If your into fantasy like films then you will enjoy this. With races like orcs, elf's, fairy's and others, living amongst humans. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  4. Set in 1983. It feels so much like 1983. Great show.

    Big Mouth on Netflix

I binged "Big Mouth" the other night. The first two episodes were slow, but after that it really grabbed my interest and I finished it in one sitting. It's a Nick Kroll project and I'm sort of a fan. Not of his big-lipped face, but his content. It's all about puberty and all the crazy thoughts that go into our head as we learn wrong things from our friends and also not fully process what our parents say about it. I'd say give it a GO! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Mouth_(TV_series) https://www.netflix.com/title/80117038
  6. A reboot of Voltron is coming to Netflix courtesy of Dreamworks Animation. They released a trailer for it, and it looks amazing. I can not wait to watch this, possibly with my kids, but alone if I have to.
  7. If there is a thread like this already forgive me. I watched a movie called Vengeance. It is a Hong Kong action movie. I have been watching a lot of stuff from there recently. I really enjoy these type of movies. Johnny To is a good director and most of his movies are decent. Another good Hong Kong movie on Netflix is called Election (Triad Election). That is really good. If you like this stuff check them both out. Also watched Valhalla Rising. It started out with promise but it turned into "The Thin Red Line" except with Vikings. I will give it 1/5 stars just because the first third of the movie was pretty decent. Final movie was a B flick called Behind Enemy Lines 2 : Columbia. I expected this to be total trash but it was actually pretty decent. Some cheesy lines but the action was solid. 3/5 stars and worth it if you want some mindless action for a few hours.
